General Scope

Wayakit Arabia provides biotechnology-based cleaning products and services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using our website, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms and data practices described here. We offer B2C services — including car wash and curtain cleaning — exclusively to residents of the KAUST community, and B2B services — such as wholesale and long-term service agreements — throughout Saudi Arabia.

B2C Services (KAUST Residential Only)

Our B2C services are offered strictly within residential areas inside KAUST. We do not operate on the academic campus, in laboratories, commercial zones, or company parking lots.

Car wash services are available for sedans, SUVs, motorcycles, and golf carts, with the following options:

  • Exterior only
  • Exterior + Interior
  • Deep cleaning (including odor and stain treatment)

Curtain and textile cleaning includes pickup, professional off-site cleaning, and return. Reinstallation is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. In-home cleaning is available by request.

Please note that we do not perform repairs, engine bay or undercarriage washing, plumbing work, chandelier or wall cleaning, or furniture moving. Wayakit reserves the right to cancel services if the location does not comply with these conditions.

Product Sales

Wayakit Arabia offers a range of eco-friendly, non-toxic products through our online shop. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days inside KAUST.

We accept credit/debit card payments, local gateways, and in some cases, cash on delivery. Returns are allowed within 14 days if the product is unopened and unused, and refunds are issued after inspection.

B2B Services (Across Saudi Arabia)

We provide tailored services and product distribution for business clients throughout the Kingdom. These include:

  • Bulk product purchases
  • Custom formulations

Privacy Commitment

Wayakit Arabia respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia. We collect personal data only when necessary for service provision or communication. This may include:

  • Vehicle or item type
  • Company affiliation (for B2B clients)

We do not collect sensitive data, unless legally required and permitted.

Photographic documentation may be taken before and after certain services (e.g., vehicle or item condition) and is used strictly for internal quality control.
